Core Governance Principles

DCAGF-এর অধীনে প্রতিটি association-এর জন্য প্রস্তাবিত minimum standard:

Legal Identity (আইনি পরিচয়)

Association অবশ্যই একটি registered entity হতে হবে যাতে এর একটি official পরিচয় থাকে।

কেন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?

• কে responsible তা clear হয়
• Fraud / misuse হলে accountability থাকে
• Government বা stakeholder-এর সাথে কাজ করা সহজ হয়

“Facebook group হলেই association না legal identity থাকতে হবে”

Leadership Transparency (নেতৃত্বের স্বচ্ছতা)

Association-এর leadership কারা, তাদের role কি সব publicly visible থাকতে হবে।

• কে কি দায়িত্বে আছে

কেন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?

• Hidden leadership থাকলে trust কমে
• Decision কে নিচ্ছে সেটা clear থাকে
