Bangladesh’s first structured dispute resolution system for digital commerce. No more endless Facebook arguments or ignored complaints.
Evidence reviewed → Fair decision → Problem solved
Every day, thousands of Bangladeshis lose money in digital commerce disputes:
Seller disappears after payment
“Processing” for months
One lie ruins reputation
Courts take years, police don’t handle this
The result?
Buyers stop trusting online shopping.
Sellers can’t grow without credibility.
The entire ecosystem suffers.
💡 The missing piece: A fast, fair system that actually works.
The Digital Commerce Dispute Board (DCDB) is Bangladesh’s first industry-led resolution platform that treats digital commerce disputes like they matter.
60% of cases resolve in mediation (3-5 days)

⏱️ Total Time: 7-14 Days Maximum
No more “তুমি scammer” comment wars. Every case follows clear rules with real deadlines.
We review transaction proofs, chat logs, delivery records—not emotional posts.
Good sellers build reputation. Bad actors get exposed. Buyers see who’s reliable before purchasing.
Your case won’t sit in limbo. If we miss our 14-day deadline, we escalate—not ignore.
We understand bKash receipts, Pathao delivery issues, Facebook shop disputes—this isn’t a copy-paste foreign system.
DCDB is developed under the Digital Commerce Industry Framework (DCIF)—an industry-led initiative bringing together:
Our mission: Create a trust-based ecosystem where disputes don’t kill commerce—they strengthen it.
We’re onboarding our first 100 sellers and testing with real cases.
Free dispute resolution (normally ৳500/case after pilot)
Early Trust Score — Stand out as a verified early adopter
Direct feedback channel — Help shape the system
⏰ Pilot ends June 30, 2026 — Apply before slots fill.
No. We’re a non-judicial, industry-led resolution system—think of us as professional mediation/arbitration for digital commerce. Our decisions are binding within the ecosystem (affects trust scores, platform access), but we’re not a government authority.
Most cases: 7-14 days. Simple refund cases often resolve in 3-5 days during mediation. Complex fraud investigations may take the full 14 days.
We don’t handle: Personal services, real estate, or cases already in court.
Arbitration decisions are final and binding. However, if new evidence emerges, you can request a review within 7 days.
Not mandatory—yet. But sellers who join gain verified status and Trust Scores, which buyers increasingly look for.
Whether you’re a buyer who got scammed or a seller tired of baseless complaints—DCDB gives you a fair shot at resolution.
💬 “The first 50 cases are being processed this month. Don’t wait—disputes get harder to resolve over time.”
